These terms apply when you use shoptidyfinds.com or buy from Tidy Finds. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. Your order is confirmed when you receive a Stripe receipt by email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product becomes unavailable, if there was an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If that happens, we'll let you know by email.
Products
We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors can look slightly different on different screens, and sizes are approximate. Please check measurements (for example, your sink drain) before ordering.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery estimates and our return process are described in our shipping policy and returns & refunds policy, which are part of these terms.
Using products safely
Use products only as described. Our gadgets are household items and aren't toys; keep small parts away from young children and pets.

Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Tidy Finds operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order.
