Free shipping to US addresses. Processed in 1–3 business days, delivered in about 5–12 business days.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses where the carrier allows (these may take longer).
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order. There are no extra fees at checkout.
How long it takes
- Processing: 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared and handed to the carrier.
- Delivery: usually about 5–12 business days after it ships.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, holidays and bad weather can occasionally add a few days.
How orders are fulfilled
Tidy Finds works with a fulfillment partner that packs and ships orders on our behalf. A few things that means for you:
- Packaging may be plain, without Tidy Finds branding.
- If you order more than one product, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.
- Each Buy Now button opens its own Stripe checkout, so ordering two different products means two quick checkouts and two receipts.
Tracking
We email a tracking number to the address you used at checkout once your order ships. Tracking can take a day or two to start updating. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email support@shoptidyfinds.com.
Late or lost packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of purchase, contact us and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet. We can't be responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout, but we'll always try to help.
